Not releasing the aquatic update to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch because you have the aquatic update on bedrock doesn’t make sense imo. Xbox One Edition was discontinued in September 2017 however it was later updated again and received TU58 and updates after it but after June 2018 it was completely excluded from all updates, which the other console received. I agree that Xbox One Edition should get the aquatic update too just like Nintendo Switch Edition. The topic is under Parity, as this is suggesting parity between all Console Editions. People have asked for all Minecraft: Console Editions to be updated to the latest versions again, but even though that would be brilliant, it still wouldn't be too beneficial for Mojang, updating Xbox One to aquatic would. Minecraft: Xbox One Edition did not receive the Update Aquatic due to Minecraft Bedrock Edition having the update aquatic, they used that as a way to move players across from Console Edition to Bedrock Edition, now 5 years later, the community for Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is still active and would love to receive just the Update Aquatic, every other console (PS3, PSVita, WiiU, Xbox 360, PS4) all received the Update Aquatic, now that's there's been 6 major updates since Update Aquatic came out, and Update Aquatic isn't worth being used as a way to sell Minecraft Bedrock Edition, I feel that Minecraft: Xbox One Edition should receive the update, I believe it won't take too much effort due to the update already being made on the same codebase for the Xbox 360, even though it would be hard to find, it would earn Mojang/Microsoft some extra money. Although you can only play this version if you have a disc or if you bought it before, you will be surprised by how active the player base is to this day! Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is one of the Console ports for Minecraft, this version has been discontinued ever since September 20, 2017.
